Who is Claus Grand Bang?

Claus Grand Bang is applied data analytics associate professor and researcher. He also has a YouTube channel where he loves to share his knowledge and experience on data-driven decision-making. 

He teaches at Dania Academy, where he covers topics such as data analytics, project management, data maturity, data communication, supply chain management and marketing Claus has a background in business development and IT and has worked as 10 years in business internationally before joining academia. 

He has several certifications in data engineering, business analytics and scrum. 

Claus believes that data products need a “data value chain model” to deliver value to customers and stakeholders while business leaders need to base their decisions on data (proven make them better). He is also an advocate for diversity and inclusion in the data industry. 

His latest initiative is a textbook for MBA and Data Science students on Data-driven decision where he hopes to enable the MBA student to speak data and the data student to speak business.
